This session is an opportunity to obtain an external view of your business or business model. During this session, one of the following can be completed: strategy development (1 revenue stream), margin analysis, cost analysis, expense management strategy, or profit center creation.

This half day session can be virtual or in person. The 4 hour block of time starts with an initial business or idea analysis. This is followed by intense sessions to include: Documented Dreaming Session Market / Industry Review Profitability Analysis & Examination Strategy Development 2017 Revenue & Profit Plan Completion You will also receive a workbook and Journal to capture thoughts, actions, and next steps. The mission is to walk away with a clear picture around how to move forward with your idea or creating a more profitable business.
